How to Sign Up:
- Purchase Admission: To start off, ensure you have acquired the relevant admission passes for your entry into Simbalion Art Studio.
- Visit the “To Meet” Lobby: Upon arriving at Simbalion Art Studio, head to the “To Meet” lobby located on the first floor. This is where you'll kickstart your tour experience.
- Registration: Our friendly staff members stationed at the “To Meet” Lobby will be more than happy to assist you with the tour guide registration process. Simply approach them, and they will help you to sign up for a tour guide session.

- Our tour guides are not only knowledgeable about the Simbalion Art Studio's history and attractions but also adept at engaging audiences of all ages. Audio Guide Service
Language: English, Japanese, Korean.
Suitable for: Guests aged 12 and above who want to enjoy leisurely exploration.
Tour Duration: Approximately 90 minutes of complete audio guide narration, allowing for flexible tour planning.
Audio Device Rental Procedure:
- Rental Location: Service counter at the “To Meet “ lobby on the first floor.
- Rental Process:
- Present a valid identification (such as ID card, health insurance card, driver's license, passport, or residence permit) and complete the rental registration form. Each ID can rent one device set.
- Guests without a valid identification will need to provide a deposit of NT$1,000 per set.
- Return Process:
- Please return the audio guide device set to the service counter at the “To Meet” Lobby before 4:30 PM on the same day.
- Upon return, the deposited identification or deposit will be returned once the device set is checked and verified.
Rental Guidelines
- To enhance the quality of the tour experience, Simbalion Art Studio offers a personal audio guide device rental service.
- Each audio guide device set includes one device, one lanyard, and one pair of earphones. There are a total of 30 sets available for rental.
- Once receiving the device set, please check its functionality. If any issues arise, replacements can be made at the service counter. Requests for device exchange will not be accepted once leaving the service counter.
- Renters are responsible for proper usage. Any damages or losses identified by our staff during return must be compensated accordingly.
- Simbalion Art Studio thoroughly sanitizes each audio tour device set before and after use. To prevent damage, please refrain from attempting any cleaning on your own.
- Simbalion Art Studio reserves the right to interpret, amend, or terminate these regulations at any time without prior notice.

By Car
On Freeway：
- Take Freeway 3, and drive out of Gao Yuan Exit. Then turn and go along Section 2 of Zhnogyuan Road for 5-8 minutes to reach the Studio (on the left side of the way).
- Take the Freeway 3, and drive out of the Longtan Exit. Follow the direction toward Longtan. Then go along Da-Chang Road and then straight down Zhong-Feng Road. Later on drive uphill along Zhong-Yuan Road for 2 kilometers to arrive at the studio.
On City Roads：
- Take the Provincial Highway 3. Follow the direction signs for Windows of China Theme Park. Then take the Zhong-Yuan Road and drive along to reach the Studio.

By Bus
- Take The e-Go Bus Route 5350 (Taipei-to-Leofoo Village Line)—from Taipei Songshan Airport, stopping at MRT Zong- Xiao Dun-Hua Station, MRT Jing-An Station, and Longtan Exit of Freeway 3—and get off the bus at Bai-Gong stop. Then walk for about 3 minutes.
- Take the Hsinchu Bus Route 5653 (Zhongli-to-Leofoo Village Line)—from Hsinchu Bus-Zhongli North Terminal, on route Zhong-Feng Road, Provincial Highway 3, Gaoyang North Road, and Zhong-Yuan Road—and get off the bus at Liugongliao stop. Then walk for 30 seconds to the Studio.

By Taiwan Railway trains (with a connection)
- Take A Train On Western Trunk Line of Taiwan Railway. Get off at Zhongli train station. Walk off the train station and across the street to the Hsinchu Bus-Zhongli North Terminal to take Route 5653 (Zhongli-to-Leofoo Village Line) bus. Get off the bus at Lion Stationery (Liugongliao) stop. Then walk for 30 seconds.
